Project Management

Trivium Consulting has an experienced and professional project management capability. Our staff members have many years of project management experience within large and complex acquisition projects for the Department of Defence, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Airservices Australia as well as smaller projects in industry.

Trivium staff members have considerable expertise in all facets of project management across all stages of the procurement lifecycle and whilst the majority of our project management experience has been gained through working on major government acquisition projects. Many of our staff members also have significant experience within Defence industry and major ICT delivery organisations.

Our consultants are also highly experienced with tender preparation, tender assessments and evaluations the development of source evaluation reports as well as the conduct of offer definition activities and contract negotiations.

The majority of our project managers have engineering backgrounds as well as being accredited project managers. These qualifications and experience base makes our staff ideal candidates for the management of complex technical acquisition projects.

Trivium staff members are also familiar with the ASDEFCON suite of templates and have practical experience and know-how in the application of procurement policies and procedures of the Department of Defence.
